Mr. John Cheng of Sakaba World London approached Taylor's Classics about making a Sake Bar... We make bars, so why not a 'Sake Bar' I thought to myself! He requested it all be made in oak, polished in a light golden colour, with concealed lighting and with an adjoining Tatami room.
I'm pleased to say that all went well and Mr. Cheng said that he will hopefully be opening more bars in the future, and that he looked forward to us all working together again in the future.
