A really lovely mid-19 Century dare I say boozing table. Having a lovely quality mahogany base with a washed out full of character top, that looks as if it’s been wiped down with a damp cloth 1 million times.
Its just brilliant, imagine a stool at each end, two stools either side, everybody having a chat, playing cribbage, eating a packet of pork scratchings, I just think it’s fantastic! It’s like so many things on my website, you just couldn’t begin to make it new for the money. Some of this furniture is such fantastic value and the character would be impossible to reproduce even in our workshops.
