This is a beautiful table… the timber, the colour, the patination the construction, every picture tells a story! If I wanted a round mahogany dining table in my home, this is one that I would take. It is lovely and will comfortably seat 6 people.
I would suggest we do away with the castors, which are located underneath the paw feet and replace them with a turned polished piece of mahogany. This will maintain the height (and I feel) last a lot longer, as the castors are the original ones and are probably a little worn already!
We will check it over, wax it up and make sure it’s ready to rock ‘n’ roll before it leaves our warehouse in Stafford.
