Dating from the late 19th Century circa 1880, I’m sure they originated in the low countries. All made in solid oak, original carved backs, having shaped arms and wonderful colour and patination. I’ve looked at them carefully and they have no damage. They have a great presence and would look impressive in a foyer or hallway of a fine hotel or restaurant.
