How lovely would this be in a small country pub, hotel or restaurant...it’s a poppet!
It has canopy top and shaped sides to the rack, fielded panel arched cupboard and drawer fronts, swan neck handles, lovely solid drawer lining (built as they would have been on an original) and lovely small cupboards on the rack, which have dowels on the corners (again all original and solid oak).
From 8 ft away you do not know how old it is, it could be period… I think it was made in about 1950 (so 70 years old ) but as I say it looks much older. It is of lovely proportions and 'stands like a racehorse’.
We will check it over and wax it up.
